Check out Wikipedia for their definition(s) of sociopath. With one or two exceptions, their list of characteristics are a perfect description of bubble boy.

1. No, but he can be removed for high crimes and misdemeanors
Bypassing the courts to use wiretaps to fish for dirt on his perceived enemies would certainly qualify.

It will be interesting to see the pretzels Congressmen twist themselves into as the awful truth dawns on them: he's spying on his friends, too.

3. Osama isn't a US citizen and has no US civil rights
so no court approval was needed to spy on him... so using him as an excuse is really stupid. Shocking, I know:) What? The president is stupid?

It would be quite entertaining to see a personality profile on the Chimp, wouldn't it?

2. Cheney plus a majority of the cabinet can declare him incapacitated
but all Bush has to do is provide a written letter stating otherwise. Of course, if Cheney and the cabinet declare him incapacitated AGAIN then Congress meets within 2 days to decide what to do: they can make Cheney acting president with a 2/3 vote of BOTH houses.

4. It didn't deter Nixon or Reagan.
And, no few other lunatics-in-chief the country has endured.
