COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — A teenage prisoner who threatened to kill the president to call attention to the fact that he was being held under the wrong name has been removed from a maximum-security prison...

"I made death threats to the president because nobody was listening to what I had to say," McMahan told The Columbus Dispatch from jail. "I was telling my true identity, and they said I was crazy."

McMahan was sentenced to four years on charges of aggravated robbery, robbery, receiving stolen property and carrying a concealed weapon when he was 16. But he was charged as 21-year-old Mack, and, when he agreed to plead guilty in 2003, he signed Mack's name...

A Domiano Mack was born in New York in 1982, but the Social Security number investigators found for him belongs to a deceased woman born in 1904, said Kurt Douglass, special agent in charge of the Secret Service office in Cincinnati.
