3. Nah, I don't think Mike's pissed at Will at all
He just sees censure as a weak option. Since either one is going to get shut down in a repuke Congress, why not go for the Chimpeachment? I believe that's Malloy's argument.

Though I'm not so sure a few Republicans won't be on board. Frankly, I'm surprised we haven't heard from Ron Paul yet.
