Dear Secretary (HHS) Leavitt
In a "Fast Chat" with Newsweek reporter http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10510465/site/newsweek/ you were quoted as follows:

Q. What do you think is the biggest thing that could improve America's health?

A. Focusing on wellness instead of treatment. We've been talking about epidemics. We're seeing an epidemic of chronic disease. Obesity is one example. And we can improve by changing our habits and focusing on our health.

I've got news for you. If every one has access to health care, instead of waiting until conditions deteriorate and rush to emergency rooms, you will be able to focus on wellness instead of treatment.
