After the 1993 World Trade Center attack, there were no foreign terrorist attacks on U.S. soil for over eight years.

President Clinton must have been doing something right, and he didn't have to break the law to do it.

For one thing it seems like a world wide movement with no real leaders so why would they do things with reason, or maybe this is in some way how they reason. I do not think the WH knows any more about them than you or I. It is all guess work and it also, the war on terror, takes over the Cold War. Keeps our defense plants going and all the spy stuff. Come on, we hardly need DOD. FBI. CIA. NSA and who knows what else to spy on people. The USA has lost its way.

If you and Bush had stopped some attack, kind of like what you are trying to get at but not telling us anything, you guys would have announced it before you even had all the facts.

Yeah, Go Fuck yourself Cheney and go to Hell with Bush. You have all but destroyed this country and we haven't even fought the war over here.

Cheney and Rice are traveling the World to improve the U.S.'s image around the World. So how many countries are you paying off?

attack that did occur on Bush/Cheney's watch!

Why did the Air Force stand down on 9/11? Why were NORAD defense procedures not followed on that day, and on that day only? Where was the Sec of Defense during the critical hour--the Sec of Defense who had pulled all NORAD decisions into his own hands three months before?

How could a plane, or a missile, hit the Pentagon with an hour's notice, and no defensive action?

And where are the accused perps? Why aren't we seeing them, and the evidence against them, in court?

We're not buying it, Dick. We KNOW why there haven't been any attacks since.

22. Well with his Halliburton stock alone it doubled up to about 50 x
what it was worth when he purchased it (or received is as a ceo of the company). He has 400,000 shares.

As a matter of fact, I read an article (gonna look for it), that stated that politicians do so much better with the stock market then actual financial consultants, stockbrokers, and us peons. Could it be they get a little "insider" information?

They now had an excuse to examine all mail.

They shut down the Hart Office Building for 6 months in order to 'clean' it.

They shut down the National Enquirer and quarantined their photo library.

20. This is the game they play.
Their main objective since 9/11 has been to convince Americans that not only is the threat real, but that we actually ARE constantly under assault by terrorists in our own country. That's why we're "fighting them over there so we don't have to fight them over here". In freeperland, it is only because of the efforts of the BFEE that we have avoided terrorist attacks occurring on a daily basis.
