"Malloy in the Morning" - has a nice ring to it, eh?

With all due respect to the fans of "Morning Sedition"

Mike in the morning would break the mold of copycat media that Randi so eloquently described during her 'span' interview. Nearly every morning show has forced jokes, forced laughter(usually from a female, ala Robin Quivers)
and so on.
Malloy would be a huge success, perhaps to the levels of early Howard Stern.
People would start talking about AIr America ("have you heard that Malloy guy? He actually called the President a Liar and a fascist!")

I am no fan of Stern, but he , like Mike, was fearless of the powers that be, and that is why people listened.
Mike in the morning. I doubt he and Cathy would go for it, but one can dream...

maybe you can podcast his show in the mornings?

..I meant to add that in the original posting. Also, Mike and Cathy can also be, at times, not only funny, but moving as well.

For example yesterday he goes on this crazy tirade about Conyers going for Censure instead of Impeachment. Problem is, Censure is the first step in Impeachment, the entire purpose of a Censure investigation is to determine if impeachable offenses have occured. But Mike, screaming and yelling, went on and on and on and on and on about how weak Conyers was for not going for impeachment. After a while it sounded kind of like Limbaugh bashing the Dems, only a different context.

I don't like it a night, either, but in the morning it would be unbearable.

They allow you to change stations.

Malloy in the morning or afternoon would be GREAT!

Though I have to admit he's doing damn good in the afternoons. I thought it was great when he filled in for Jerry Springer a couple months ago in the AM, and I do agree this is the type of show that AAR needs in the morning time slot. Callers asked him at that time if he'd do it. He didn't say absolutely no, but he mentioned that he preferred the evening time slot because he can be a little "looser" with the language when kids aren't likely to be listening. Not that any of it is profanity under FCC standards, but words like "bastard" and "sons of bitches" which are natural to use when talking about Chimpy and the gang.

I listen to him every morning when I get into my office. I love listening this way. So, moving him to the morning would be totally awesome.

of these mealy mouth democrats, who say, oh, Malloy? He's too brash...As the very brash & loud and very much listened to pigman Limbaugh & Hannity lie & pound away and kick democrats ass daily, and in Prime Time...

But these whiney-ass democrats think we should be nice and polite and be mellow… as the republicans kick the shit out these stupid bastards on a regular basis, and we're suppose to listen to these meek democrat assholes?

We get enough of them spineless, don't rock the boat, (too much), democrats, in the Congress and Senate!!!!

I would love to see Mike lock heads with the whole lying lot of them.
Aside from stolen elections, I think Rush and gang are most responsible for Repurg victories over the years.
