He looks like the typical neighborhood "Old Grouch" who yells at the kids to get off his lawn.

21. Hastert comes before Stevens but Stevens is still third in line
Cheney, Hastert and then Stevens....You go and check on Stevens receipt of campaign funds and he doesn't accept much from anyone. He is an onery old cuss but I believe he is honest which for Republican leadership is an amazing feat...
