TV feed of Saddam trial being censored as he said mean things about US
Edited on Wed Dec-21-05 01:03 PM by Inland
They are turning off his mike as he says that his US captors are wimps.

Well, we can't have him upsetting the telecast!

2. More than just interesting, probably.
And what might he have to say about Rumsfeld? ;) Gee, they had to contain Saddam, but WMD were not what concerned them.

9. Do you think he'll be "suicided" in jail?
You know, feeling bad about his atrocities, before he can tell who set him up?

BTW, welcomen!

4. It's truly amazing, how much publicity the O.J. Trial garnered
from the corpwhorate owned MSM as compared to the trial of Saddam. In the first instance two people died and in the second at least 2150+ Americans, 15000+ injured Americans and 30,000-100,000 Iraqis were killed. It was O.J. all day, every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Saddam's trial gets 1/1000th of the coverage. What gives corpwhorate owned MSM, could you explain that?

10. We can't have Saddam holding up the pic of Rummy....
shaking his hand and copies of the invoices when we shipped all that nasty stuff to him to deal with his "enemies", now can we?

What's interesting is that the charges are probably the only thing he did that the U.S. can't be implicated in...

7. I don't pray too often, but I have often prayed
that Saddam will tell what he knows... and that the American people will be wise enough to listen.

12. I agree with post #6
Saddam would never make it to blaming Bushies, and he'd get blanked anyway with a guilty verdict. He's interested in survival, not helping anyone.

13. We knew this would happen
As soon as Saddam starts talking about the US, they will censor him.

They have their finger on the button to make sure he doesn't reveal the details of his past relationships with the US.
