MSNBC: The "I" word. WTF, why can't they say it!
In promoting Countdown tonight, the anchors on MSNBC Live have said at least twice (paraphrasing)...

"Tonight, on Countdown, Keith Olbermann discusses the spy scandal and mentions the "I" word."

WTF, come on. When it was Clinton the full word was shouted from the moutaintops. The word was caressed verbally and pounded into our TV viewing heads, night after night.

And, now, the mealy mouthed, quivering, simpering, dare I say, nattering f***ing nabobs can't bring themselves to say:

IMPEACHMENT!!!!

Thanks a lot, MSRNC, for prompting a rant in which I actually quote Spiro Agnew. And, if you take his criticism of the press then and fast forward to today, he actually sounds as if he's f***ing right!!!

So, put that in your pipe and smoke it you squeamish, squirming, weak assed, lily livered hot house orchids that call yourselves journalists. MKJ

1. I think it may be more of a "tease" said that way.

10. If someone will help me, the whole world could start viewing them
as WEEBLES, which I would imagine is much less flattering that Teflon. BUT alas, I haven't enough posts to post a new thread. Rarely do I have anything to say that isn't already being said. So please if someone is of the mind to, make it topic thread and lets see if we can re-image the admin.

5. Because...
...we have a Republican Congress. If either chamber was Dem you would be hearing a lot more about it.

They want to deliver eyeballs. Nothing does that like sensationalism. But there has to be a grain of truth in it or nobody will buy it.

Get a Dem House or Senate in 2006 and everything changes.

11. I just got a satellite dish and can watch Fox news for the first time.
The first program I watched at 1am today had a woman on talking about impeachment, saying maybe Bush had finally gone too far and that if Dems got control of of one house, maybe we could see impeachment started. I could hardly believe it after all I'd read about Fox, and started wondering if one of the threads I had read here recently about Bush being set up might be true.

But then the Fox interviewer stepped in and corrected her terminology, changing it to the "I" word, instead of impeachment. Then he gave the rest of the interview to some guy who had been blustering in the background who basically dared the Dems to try it, saying what Bush had done was perfetly legal blah blah, and that Carl Rove must have a mole in the Dem Party encouraging them to do this, because that would be their downfall for sure, and I thought, yeah, that's the Fox news I heard about.

But they did give this impeachment lady several minutes, so I find that interesting.
