Kodak to me "we no longer stand by the product you bought from us that cost hundreds of dollars, sorry"

Ok, they didn't say it like that, but that's what they said. Then they followed it up with "we can't help you" or maybe we could for $15...or maybe not, maybe you just pay us $15 bucks so we can tell you we can't help you only this time we charge you for it on account of we think you're a chump.
