4. Republican reporter brings up Jamie Gorelick

and domestic spying under Clinton and Carter. Leahy slaps her to the pavement ;) Didn't even let her finish the question.

"No one is above the law. The president is not above the law. The Senate is not above the law" Says what happened under Clinton and Carter were entirely different situations AND were done with FISA authority.
