No pun intended, right Mike?

Poor Matt Drudge has been taken for a ride.

Attempting to downplay George W. Bush's illegal activities, Matt D. charges that Presidents Clinton and Carter spied on Americans without a court order, too.

Unfortunately, Drudge is wrong.
