15 days * has to go to court in a time of war!!
joe biden just said in a time of war * has 15 days ..not just 72 hours but 15 days to tap phones and evesdrop without going to the court!!

15 days..and biden helped write this law!!

and it doesn't need to be a declared war...

but under the war we are in * has 15 days to so surveillance before going to the court!!

2. Shrub's screwed
He had all that time to be in compliance with the law, and chose not to be. This isn't a situation where they had 72 hours, and it took 80 or somethign like that - this was just Shrub giving the middle finger to the law, and the Constitution. I can't see them persuading a jury that this is anything other than criminal misconduct.

Being it's so easy to obtain a warrant before, or even after, you have to assume that there were targets of warrants that the court wouldn't have agreed to.

If this was JUST a case of them trying to spy on potential terrorists talking to other members in other countries, than they would have gotten the proper court approval like has been done 18,000 times before.
