The FISA Judge who quit learned of it through news reports! Dammit all

According to David ASchuster on Hardball, the FISA judge who resigned over the warrentles wiretaps only found out about it recently IN THE MEDIA.

If a member of the most Sooper Dooper Secret Court in the nation was kept in the dark about it, the administration is out of control. Not even giving themn the courtesy of notification.

This make Nixon look like a civil libertarian.

Wake Up America. Please, pretty please?

5. Well, of course. The purpose is to avoid the court, not inform it.
How would you like to do a job of reviewing warrant requests and learn that Bush still snoops even if you turn it down or never get a request? I suspect the judge just didn't care to be part of Busn's charade anymore.
