1. Judges do not like for their powers to be usurped by politicians.
It renders their authority null and void.

I hope they find out who is on that list and reveal it at Congressional hearings.

2. How do these judges get to be on this FISA Court?
Are they appointed by the administration that's in office at the time?

From what I've read, they seem to be pretty non-political.

I'm asking because maybe one of the reasons Shrub want's to ignore them is because he can't appoint them either.
