He'd be funny if he were the guy on the corner selling hot dogs. That guy can be goofy, and no one gets killed or forced into bankruptcy, out of their homes, into an emergency room that will eventually send them away.

5. I'd say he was marginally funny when Will Ferrell impersonated him.

Besides that, the man, *, is a full-blown epic tragedy to anyone who has ever had the misfortune to be in his orbit...and that includes the United States.
