The correct question would have been "Do you believe the plans to reduce U.S. troop levels in Iraq?"

"Cutting and Running" and was a sign of weakness.

Didn't prez numb nuts say: When the Iraqi's can stand up, we'll stand down. (cue thunderous applause)
Now Rummy is floating the cut and run option?

Even brain-dead OReally should be able to see the hypocrisy of this.
