Action alert: Make this Christmas request of CA residents

AB1121 will be up for a vote in the California Assembly. This is a moratorium bill. It only lasts for a couple of years but it's enough to put these insane executions on hold. Two more minorities are scheduled for termination in Janary and February. Would someone tell me how society benefits from killing a 75 year old Choctaw Native American in a wheelchair in January? A Latino gets it in February. Arnold wants to make sure he takes out ALL the minorities.

If you have what you want for Christmas and someone from CA asks you what to get you, ask them to call their assemblyman and get him/her to vote for AB1121.

If we have more in common with Cuba than with the rest of the Western
World, why is there an embargo only around Cuba? We are the only two countries in the Western World which have the death penalty.

A year ago in May, the CDP passed a resolution asking the legislature to pass a moratorium. The vote was about 297 for the moatorium to 3 against. If your assemblyman doesn't vote for this bill, don't vote for that person - even in the general election. Anyone who supports killing innocent people is no better than a Republican.
