Right off the bat he's got 2 RAYGUN biographers and Ed ROLLINS and gets them to say, no, none of them were consulted for this film. He's already used the phrase "the nonsense in it" and that "It sensationalizes aspects of his life". Tweety sez, "I don't think much of this project from what I've heard."

... in the RFK assassination investigation? From what I understood, Dan Moldea was leaning toward conspiracy, then changed abruptly and went lone gunman. What caused him to change his interpretation?

BTW: As I wasn't there that horrible day, nor have I met people who were, I don't know what happened. All I can go by is what I read, hear, and can figure out for myself. The most compelling evidence for conspiracy is:

1. Coroner Thomas Naguchi stated the wound to the back of RFK's head was caused by a weapon fired in close proximity, no farther than a few inches.

2. Sirhan Sirhan, according to eyewitnesses, was positioned in front of the Senator, and at least one yard away.

3. The exact number of bullet holes was not verified by independent researchers because the LAPD destroyed the physical evidence removed from the crime scene, as well as photos taken there.

4. Photos of RFK show him holding a man's clip-on necktie, alleged to belong to the security guard Thane Eugene Cesar.

5. Witnesses reported Mr. Caesar knelt behind the mortally wounded RFK with a drawn handgun. (I remember seeing a photo once, but haven't seen it again...)

If Mr. Moldea sees the facts at a way that is opposed to how I see them — great. I respect the work he's done and respect his interpretation of what happened. That doesn't necessarily mean I agree, however.

As we have said many times, it is a Rovian/media whore lie to present an Iraq position like Senator John Kerry's as inconsistent.  Those who level that charge, including other Democrats, do so dishonestly, as they fully understand there is no inconsistency in Kerry's Iraq record.  Cheap claims otherwise are made in the hope that a segment of Moron-Americans will be convinced.  (Claims that Democrats could have defeated the Iraq resolution in 2002 are equally mendacious, as is the claim that Democrats could have avoided losses in that election had Senator Kerry and others taken a stronger stand against an Iraq invasion.)

Regardless of how aggressively the media whores attempt to sell the myth of support for action in Iraq later followed by criticism of the White House Squatter as a Democratic "liability" - especially for the Democratic primaries - the majority of Americans at large and Democrats will not only continue to understand that position, but, as the poll shows, support it above others.
