I wished Merry Fitzmas to my relatives today and they thought I was Kooky
They thought they heard wrong and asked me what did I say and I would repeat it. They looked at me and didn't want to ask because I gather they knew it had something to do with politics or with Bush! LOL!

2. yea, my family hasn't requested I quit sending them emails yet
on voting machines, where was Cheney on 911, etc. I try not to send too much, but sometimes I just get so mad, and want people I love to know what the hell is going on.

4. No, not denial. They are in the "don't know". :)
They don't pay attention to everything that's going on. I mean, they know about Fitzgerald (well, my mom does) but they wouldn't know him by his name. I'd have to say, you know the prosecutor that had the press conference the other day that indicted Scooter Libby and hopefully will indict Karl Rove. Of course, they don't know who Karl Rove is. I have one sister who isn't political at all. She knows who the president is but doesn't know who the vice president is. :eyes: But most of them just do not pay attention to politics.

7. Some of them do. But don't worry. they vote democratic. ;-)
The others are right at 18-20 and some just under 18 but they all knew it was about politics. I was holding my little grand nephew and he was trying to grab at my blue "Vote Blue" wrist band and I was telling him to make sure he vote Democrat when he turns 18...the rest just smiled because they know I live and breath politics.

5. Sweetie, I'll wish you a Merry Fitzmas!
It's Fitzmas every day, isn't it? :loveya: I wish you lived closer; you could help me drink the bottle of Moet & Chandon chilling in the fridge. I know those indictments are coming!

9. Oh that would be great!
I don't drink much but I did have eggnog with rum last night. And I do have more rum I bought in Grand Cayman just for the indictment party (well I actually bought it to celebrate November 04 but * stole the election yet again.)

:hi:

10. I'm with you
>I don't drink much but I did have eggnog with rum last night.<

I'm not much of a drinker, either, but sometimes, one must indulge ;-). I really like good champagne. DH buys it for me as a gift, and it waits in the wine rack to chill and open when something great happens.

The bottle currently in the fridge was the November '04 bottle, too; now it's going to get opened for the next indictment day. I have a couple more bottles waiting. Let's say I think they're going to get opened on subsequent indictment days!

11. I wonder where Fitz spent his Christmas holiday?
I found myself thinking about him and where he may have gone for the festivities. Did he work? Was he in Chicago?

I know the guy is a complete maniac on this case, I hope he found some time to be with family and friends.

I raised a toast to him on Christmas Eve with my family. Yes, they thought I was nuts but hell, it was worth it.

12. I hope so, too
>I hope he found some time to be with family and friends.<

His family must be so proud of him. :bounce:

He got toasted at the holiday party at our house, too. Somehow, I'm thinking that there were toasts all over the country... :loveya:
