the sneers, the smirks, the lip licking, the jaw grinding, the swaggering, the strutting, the inappropriate laughing and giggling, the podium leaning, the forced hand gestures, the lip pursing, the flashes of anger, the general nervousness and obvious discomfort, what does it say about this fucked up little monster?

has suggested to bush's handlers that his base likes that shit. They feel very comfortable with a madman in charge. As an added benefit, bush's handlers didn't have to change anything about what their madman boss was doing.

Unfortunately now that he is facing real strain he has a lot more real life buffers around him for protection and a lot of stolen seats in Congress.

It could have been better had he been really raked over the coals pre-911. It would have been worse had the Congress been taken out on 911.

He can't take being a genuine president or being held accountable publicly for his consistent criminal failures. Already he has planted several rounds in his foot by his own words, nor script or mike withstanding.
