I would sue Chris Matthews for impersonating a Democrat.

And not only would I win, but the jury would award me punitive damages.

5. Linda Tripp
and Lucianne Goldberg (or whatever her name is) for treason. Ok so that's not going to happen, but why is it ok to hatch plots to take down a pres, and nothing, but nothing is done about it? Grrrrrrrrr.....

but good question to come home from work to!

6. I would sue Faux News
for "unfair and unbalanced" reporting. For my witnesses I would call in the faux viewers and ask them simple questions about current events. Maybe I could walk away with Murdoch's empire!

7. I would sue my developer...
The guy (gotta watch my language here) has been alleged to have committed:

Filing false affidavits

Financial improprieties

Mail Fraud

Oh, and there's a restraning order against him (rumor has it) because he's sort of a ...Peeping Tom...

And I mean that in the nicest possible way...

8. Anyone who interfered with the Florida vote in 2000
Edited on Tue Oct-21-03 08:01 PM by CBHagman
And that's a long, ugly list.

Yes, I know the 'cans are still weeping that those naughty people called Florida for Gore and thus stopped the dear, unfortunate, much abused Bush supporters from voting for their candidate.

Oh, please, you 'cans! Stop making me hurl. :puke:

Anyway, as I was saying, I would sue the living crap out of Katherine Harris, Jeb Bush, Tom DeLay's felonious staff, and any other horrible souls who helped gang-rape democracy. Heck, I'd probably sue everybody in the Bush family except for Jenna, young Barbara, and Marvin, given that we now know that Doro showed up to scream outside the vice presidential house during the supposed recount.

Get over it? Not likely. HIGHLY UNLIKELY.

On edit: I often refer to Republicans as "'cans," given that they are fond of referring to the "Democrat Party," rather than the "Democratic Party." Two can play the abbreviation game.
