Apparently he lost by a huge margin and his party didn't even get one seat. All that lying, cheating, and stealing for nothing. Ha! Either the people distrust him and his bunch or the * regime sold him over. Hahaha!!!

1. It also should be taken as a reflection on Boosh by the Iraqi people...

They know the puppet of a tyrant when they see one... and they don't want any part of it. Bwahaha!!! Just desserts, at last.

3. Why would anyone assume that the Iraqi people would elect a bloody
co-conspirator who stood up in front of the world and LIED about WMDs and everything else and caused the deaths of thousands of innocent civilians?? Does anyone really believe that these people are so ignorant as to want to reward one of the guys who helped enable the bush** administration in their (successful) effort to start a war against an unarmed country?

I mean, if there is any surprise here it's from me and people like me that are stunned that anyone would assume Chalabi would be rewarded for his actions by winning a place in the government.

5. He'll take his ill-gotten gains and return to US - lucky us! (sarcasm)

Anyone making book on how long it will take Chalabi to abandon (again) his "homeland". Definitely an I'm-taking-my-ball-and-going-if-I-can't-make-up-the-rules moment.

6. But I thought all those purple fingers
meant that the election went so well. Would someone, anyone tell me what went wrong.

7. when former President Martin Van Buren ran as a 'know-nothing'
Edited on Tue Dec-27-05 08:36 AM by hadrons
for President he received only 9 votes in Virginia (mind you he was President at one time) and he claimed voter fraud and Virginia agreed ... they wanted to know who voted 9 times

This is what I was thinking when I saw this article
