2. I hope he's right, but I have reservations because
Mike said it's the corporations who put him in power that are going to take him out because he's not keeping a low enough profile. This tells me that the power is still in the hands of people we don't want running our government.

4. If only Mike Malloy...
had a say in mainstream consciousness. I love the guy, but no one expects him to say anything different

5. Malloy is wound up
He's tearing into the cabal with both hands.

I hope like hell his anger spreads quickly and widely.

Bush is toast? I'll believe it when I see his Wonder Bread white ass sliding into the toaster of multiple criminal trials.

12. Yes, I think it will.
You naysayers can nay all you want, but you're going to be in for a nasty surprise in the end. I'm going to ram it down the throats of everyone of you. Look out, here I come!

:)

15. And what's the "nasty surprise" you're going to "ram down our throats?"

Are you insinuating that those of us who don't think it will happen, don't WANT it to happen?

That's quite a stretch.

19. Sorry if I sounded a little too aggressive in my post, what I meant was...
...you'll just be in for a little "I told you so." That's all.

9. Somewhere between Sad and Glad
part of me just wants to wake up from this bad dream and realize that none of this actually happened.

But it really did, and that makes me sad.

The thought of the truth being exposed and these criminals getting punished does make me sort of glad, because it gives me hope for this country.

14. That's silly. Bush is still President for 3 more years, sadly enough.
As President, Bush is still very powerful and can do a great deal more harm.

You're going to be in for a nasty surprise when the impeachment occurs. Don't tell me it won't, because it will!

21. I really will be pleasantly surprised it it actually happens.
Edited on Tue Dec-27-05 05:45 PM by TankLV
But I have been disappointed a LOT before, so I'm not getting my hopes up again.

If we get back BOTH houses of congress, maybe.

But until and unless we do, it's a waste of time and breath.

Repukes first and foremost loyalty is to their "party", to hell with the country.

They will NEVER initiate let alone vote for impeachment and CONVICTION.

Expose, discredit and imprison the folks shadowed by their point man, then it's "over."

22. Premature forecasts of demise...
bush certainly deserves to be toasted, and much much more. However, he is also one of the least likely people ever to be held accountable for his thuggery.

Many a stonewall will have to crack before bush is, in any significant way, toast.

I predict he will finish out his term, regardless of what happens in November.
