6. I'd go back even further to the 2000 election-if McCain hadn't been
swiftboated maybe he would've won the primaries and if he had beaten Gore it would've been legit and we wouldn't be anywhere near the mess we're in now.

I am NO fan of McCain so save your fiery anti-McCain speeches for the next guy, I'm just stating the obvious, if only the Republicans hadn't turned on their one sane candidate, although I would've disagreed with some or maybe even alot of his policies I don't think we'd be protesting a bullshit war or seeing our country sink deeper into Soviet style rule.

Without refrencing 9/11, Iraq, or the War on Terror.

They can't, without resorting to the usual lies (he restores honor and dignity, he is better than a liberal, he is good for the economy, etc)
