Capitol Hill staffers are still chuckling over Ted Kennedy's star turn as King Kong at his office Christmas party last week. Arriving in a gorilla suit, Heard on the Hill reports, the senator told his wife, Vicki, he was late because "I was on the telephone with President Bush." Vicki: "Oh, President Bush called you?" Ted: "No. Whoever you're talking to these days, there's a good chance George Bush is on the phone, too!"
