3. Agreed...we fell for the PR bullsh*t on that one

I remember occasionally, during the reign of Bush the Smarter, once in awhile something she would say would "slip through" the lying filter that many politicians have but which has been taken to a whole nother Orwellian level under the Imperial Family.

And EVERY TIME THIS HAPPENED I said to myself, "Man, she's no grandmother, she's Livia from 'I, Claudius'"

Maybe it's HER who's giving the orders for anthraxing and Wellstoning Democrats.

I suppose anything's possible...

she didn't look bad in the 40s... the 1840s, that is, when buffalo and Bushes roamed free. Now she looks like what she is: A wizened, desiccated, cold-hearted, bitchy old crone.

My mother thought for a long time that Barbara was George H. W. Bush's mother.

13. Gotta admit,I thought she was Poppy Bush's mom...

I didn't see that much of Bar,or really pay attention until George ran for Pres first time around. I swear,I thought Bar was his mom when she showed up for appearances. Then I found out she was his wife...yeeeeaowwwww!!!!!!
