Question regarding foreign dignitaties addressing Congress...

My boss was argueing with someone else today (both are hard-core repubs) but, neither knowing the answer, they decided to ask me, the office political junkie and lone liberal.

I was able to answer their first question (answer: yes, occasionally people from other countries do address joint sessions of Congress, ala Blair) but not the second. (Apparently this conversation came up because they were all offended that someone heckled the chimp in Austrailia.) They wanted to know where the pResident would sit during such an address. Front row of the audience? At the back bench of the well with the speaker and VP? I guessed he'd be up with the speaker and VP. Anyone got a photo from Blair's address this summer?
