1. Terrible article...
The protesters were peaceful BECAUSE OF the massive presence of police? Did anyone see anything that would have led one to think the protesters wouldn't be peaceful? And the infiltrators and police and SS were going peacefully through the crowd?

STUPID, STUPID reporter.

4. let me recommend the Google toolbar
I didn't see one popup; however, it indicated only one had been blocked. Anyway, the free Google toolbar includes a free popup blocker that works exceptionally well. I haven't seen one popup ad since installing it.

6. Oh, I know
I have no one to blame but myself. Should have done this a LONG time ago but I'm guessing there are other DUers just as neglectful as I and I thought a warning might be appropriate. Thanks for the reminder.

3. Photo from article.

Hundreds of demonstrators wait outside the main entrance to the Hilton Hawaiian Village hoping to confront the motorcade bringing the president to the Hawai'i Republican Party's fund-raiser

5. Am I just hoping or do I see a tone running through these stories?
I read papers all over. This internet is great but I swear I read a tone of great dislike in this man and it is starting to seep into news papers world wide. It is not that the world did not like Bush's War but this seems to be something different. It is like their hate has seeped into anything to do with Bush or the USA.Bush seem to be on other world and does not know what is going on and every one knows it. It is also starting to work its way into the people of the USA. He is being defended like the Dem defended Clinton for his sex things. This is a little more important as it is not sex but war and our standing in the world but I feel it now even here. Any one else get this feeling?
