CNNI is touting the Bush family again, a la Mr. and Mrs. Poppy Bush
Larry King just had a special interview with Mrs. Poppy Bush, who complained that Gore could have saved the country a lot of stress by simply admitting he'd lost, and then she did a 180, as if to appear kind, and said he was a gracious loser and very nice to everyone in the family (nicer than she was to Geraldine "rhymes with witch" Ferraro).

The fart-fog doesn't end there.

CNNI staged a gale-force fart called "A Flyboy's Story," grandstanding Poppy's WWII military experiences. Gee, why don't we talk about Chimpy's Vietnam experiences instead?

The Bushies are feeling the heat. They're calling in their media markers to prop up their image. It won't work.

1. Junior is sucking on the tailpipe..so CNN is giving us the crack pipe
I wrote them a nast e-mail saying..

WE GET IT !!! Enough already..

Turn your fax machines off, or call that litte troll, Karl Rove, and tell him to lay off..

You played their game and canonized Gropenator Swarzenegger for weeks and thanks to you and the other "networks" (cough), we are stuck with HIM for the next 3 years, and now you seem determined to boost that idiotic, warmongering little dimwit so we'll be stuck with him for another 4 years..

Is your "bottom line" so weak, that you are willing to glorify that nasty little band of Bushes 24/7??

Let's recap:

Prescott.. (see Hitler-Nazi-senate censure)

Poppy (Flyboy) bailed out and left his crew to perish in the plane..some hero.. (America came close to avoiding all this mess we are in now, eh?)

Barbara..(the Quaker Oats one) has never said a kind word about anyone but her "boys".. What an old crone.

Junior... Not enough time or space to list his "accomplishments".. Suffice it to say, he won't be happy until we are at war with everyone, and no one has a job in good ole "murka"..(see also alcoholic...cocaine addict..awol..liar..)

Jebbie.. a chip off the old blockhead, only meaner.. (see smuggling-oxycontin conviction (such a good parent)...vote fraud..etc etc)

Neil..(see Savings & loan fraud.. asian hookers)

Marvin..( or is HE the one who knocked up his mother's assistant, bailed on his family and visited hookers?..they are all such an upstanding god-fearing christian family, I get them confused..)

In other words.. LAY off the schmaltzy dewy-eyed reverence for this vile bunch of thieving, cheating, whoring, lying, sad excuses for humans..

Doughnut "Pee"

I have always thought that old hag barbara is the brains behind this entire criminal enterprise. Bartcop likes to use BFEE. I prefer BCF - B**h Crime Family. The only differences between them and the Gotti family are they aren't Italian or in jail where they belong. AWOL is just the mouthpiece.

Peace

edit: nice pic Lebkuchen

3. They're repeating
that story where Paula Zahn goes with Poppy to the place he bailed out in the Pacific, leaving others to die. They put a happy face on it, of course. I've seen it on three times, at least.

:argh:

5. I listened to CNN off and on all day yesterday,
and the demonstrations weren't even mentioned in the crawlers I read. You'd think the only people angry in the US were the folks who lost their homes in the fires out west. On Capitol Gang, they edited Boykin's remarks saying merely that he said we were fighting Satan, like THAT was the controversy. And Novak and that blonde woman had the audacity to say he had a RIGHT to express his opinions about Islam while in uniform and representing the US! Mark Russell did sort of obliquely point out there were anti-Islamic remarks, but you had to have known about them beforehand to make sense of what he said. And he was only making the point that the President said Islam was a religion hijacked by terrorists! They don't miss a beat in trying to boost Chimpy!

Seems to me CNN has been hijacked by the media tycoons who are beholden to the Shrub and his buddies.

4. Worry.
Have you seen The Nation T shirts of Alfred E. Neuman/George W Bush? I bought 2. I was working during the peace march at home, so I wore it to work (along the route).

6. They've got to tout them worldwide, now
After all, it's upsetting poor widdle Commander Codpiece that the citizens of every country aren't giving him standing ovations and throwing rose petals in his path wherever he walks. The world needs to be advised of the Wonderfulness of the Boosh Family (tm) so they can be afforded the fealty to which they're obviously entitled. This man was Appointed by God, dammit! Bow before him and be thankful for The Booshes!

(By the way, while you're bowing, we won't mind if you throw up on his pResidential Cowboy Boots. Really. Pass it on to your appropriate Heads of State! Much hilarity will ensue! )

7. Canada published an article tying the Bushies to the Nazis
That always helps to color one's reputation internationally. Before this article was published, Mr. and Mrs. Poppy were, in the world's eyes, merely the parents of a jumped-up punk, a central casting loser with a two-grunt vocabulary. Now they're really famous:

Bush grandfather director of bank with Hitler ties: U.S. government documents

WASHINGTON (AP) - President George W. Bush's grandfather was a director of a bank seized by the U.S. government because of its ties to a German industrialist who helped bankroll Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler's rise to power, government documents show.

Prescott Bush was one of seven directors of Union Banking Corp., a New York City investment bank owned by a bank controlled by the Thyssen family, said recently declassified National Archives documents reviewed by The Associated Press.

8. It was Bush 24/7 on CNN yesterday
Pathetic! Hopefully even they realize that everyone was forced to watch college football or the World Series to escape their propaganda. On the Capitol Gang I only saw one segment when Novakula was talking about Boyken and looked at Mark Shields and said "People like you..." and then said something really nasty. I honestly thought Shields was going to punch him. Just once I wish the progressives would throw their mics off and leave-have some integrity.

9. Flyboy Eats Sh?t And Bothers People!
Edited on Sun Oct-26-03 07:53 AM by Hubert Flottz
Don't trust Lying Liars! Bush bails out, lets crew die! Some Hero! Reminds me of the 'confusion' in the Jessica Lynch Case!

Snip

Yet, in 1987, Bush has changed what he told "Ski". Watching Bush on DavidFrost on TV, "Ski" was startled: "to hear the presidential candidate retell his war story, the one about how the plane was 'in smoke and the wings were burning'; and how, of the two crewmen, 'one of them got out. I think the other was killed in the plane.'

"This is not what Bush had told Mierzejewski in the Ready Room."

". . .And why, he wondered, was Bush talking about smoke and fire? Mierzejewski had witnessed only a 'puff of smoke' after Bush's plane was hit--not billows of smoke and flames, certainly no smoke in the cockpit."

". . .Some of the other crewmen substantiated a number of his details. . .".

Official biographies of Bush--as Tarpley and Chaitkin note--have repeatedly presented varying versions of this story. Perhaps it is only because Bush gets so emotional about all of this, that he distorts the memory. After all, the War was horrible, and all of it does tend to run together in the mind. But Blumenthal's data base is too limited, and therefore, understandably, Bush's willingness to exploit this incident easily interpreted in that way.

And Now Y'all know,'The Rest Of The Story'!

10. Yes, It Was Physically Sickening When Those 2 Hours Started
Edited on Sun Oct-26-03 08:47 AM by UTUSN
Seeing Paula "Chucky" ZAHN introduce the Poppy crap, with the ambiguous opening references to "flyboy" and THE NAME, leading some dittoheads to think it was about Shrub, no doubt. Then the promos about the wicked witch coming up on LK. Couldn't change it fast enough while finishing up something, so had to hear how Poppy "a 20-year old" just flew and flew----------yeah, the screw-up thought planes flew in WATER.

On Edit: Oh, just noticed that the original post was this A.M. on CNNI--------they did the whole 2 ring circus LAST NIGHT (again) on CNN!

11. Thank G-A-W-D for remote control TV!
Bush bailed out instead of ditching the plane! Ditching was SOP so that the crew could survive being shot down! The net result of his decision to do so, resulted in the loss of two dead American servicemen!(Bush's Crew)

The story at the link I posted above raises some serious questions about Herr Von Bush's 'War Story'! It's a long read, but print it out and read it sometime! BTW while looking for that website I noticed that the information on the Bush bailout story is SUDDENLY hard to find for some strange reason! One account I read once, talks about the other flyers in the formation hearing Bush's aircrew screaming and trying to get out as the plane spun in! I couldn't find it!

Could be the 'Yellow Baron'! GHW Von Bush a real friggin' ace!

12. And, as for Shrub's Flying Skills
there's that item that pops up occasionally (Don EVANS' account?) about how Shrub clearly had ZERO idea of how to fly a plane and just about killed them TWICE. That Shrub--------always trying to live up to his own screw-up Poppy.

14. It was repellent
I didn't watch "A Flyboy's Story", because the title alone was enough to make the contents of my stomach curdle.

It's sort of funny, though, because the recent Bush-fest on CNN illustrates how hard it's getting to be these days to prop up little boy blue. They have to puff up his parents, for God's sake - which shows what a hopeless case Mr. Drunkard has become.

16. Had Forgotten Poppy's TWO Planes, +Great Reading List Here
******QUOTE*****

According to official military records, on September 2, 1944, George Bush bailed out of his airplane over Chi Chi Jima . But also, according to those same records, no U.S. raids were carried out on Chi Chi Jima between July 4, 1944 and February 1945. George Bush maintains that his plane was on fire when he bailed out of it, and that this is why he didn't attempt to water land his plane, as he allegedly had off Guam two months before. But the man who flew closest to Bush during the Chi Chi Jima raid insists George Bush's plane was not on fire at the time Bush bailed out of it. If Bush's plane wasn't on fire, according to the people involved, he should have water landed--again, as he had allegedly done off Guam. But the question that is really raised here is, did George Bush really land his plane in the water off Guam--or did he land it on Guam itself? The reason why this is an interesting question is that, at the time, Guam was held by the Japanese. ....

It wasn't until 1989 that I learned that Standard Oil, George Bush's father's company, had committed treason during the Second World War. That truth was revealed increasingly after 1983, when English writer Charles Higham released Trading With The Enemy in New York via Delacorte Press. He followed that in 1985 with American Swastika.

Shortly afterward, Webster G. Tarpley and Anton Chaitkin produced a soon-to-be-infamous negative biography of George Bush entitled The Unauthorized Biography of George Bush. During that same time period, Christopher Simpson came out with Blowback and Russ Bellant released another edition of his chronicle of the shocking Nazi connections of the Reagan and Bush Administrations, Old Nazis, The New Right and the Republican Party. Over the next decade those books gradually revealed the true picture of high-level World War II treason by some of America's wealthy families, big petrochemical conglomerates and major multi-national manufacturing corporations.

.... Topping all of this off was the release in 1994 by St. Martin's Press of the John Loftus and Mark Aarons blockbuster The Secret War Against the Jews, was the final key to my understanding the plausibility of the ad's charge.

I then read Silent Coup by Colodny and Gettlin and other books which gave the "inside skinny" on a number of recent events. That helped me realize more than ever that there were, indeed, undercurrents in all our lives. And it helped me to become more aware that Prescott Bush, George Bush's father, was indeed a pro-Nazi figure in American history. As a result of my searching and reading, I found a good bit of data, shocking in its details, which deserves, at least in part, to be presented in the bold-faced, capital letters that it has deserved and never gotten over all these years:

"ON OCTOBER 20, 1942, THE U.S. GOVERNMENT ORDERED THE SEIZURE OF NAZI GERMAN BANKING OPERATIONS IN NEW YORK CITY WHICH WERE BEING CONDUCTED BY PRESCOTT BUSH. ....
