Ultra Right Tries to Surpress Free Speech
The right wing is trying to force CBS not to air the upcoming mini-series on Ronald Reagan. Led by Nancy Reagan, the ultra right is pressuring CBS and threatening sponsors with product boycotts.

Please contact CBS and thank them for having the courage to broadcast this series, despite threats from the right.

Why can we boycott sponsers of RW shows, while the right can't sponser boycotts of LW shows??

BTW, I think your idea of a note to CBS supporting the show is a good idea.

I boycott sponsers of RW shows (not a huge sacrific, I HATE Red Lobster), b ut why can't they do the same of LW sponsers. Heck, if all the Southern Baptists stay away from Disneyland, it'll be less crowded! Of course, I hate Disneyland too, but at any rate...

3. They are screwing themselves
Their whining about the reagan movie only increases its visibility and public curiousity about it. Many people now will watch it who would not have had it not been turned into a "controversy". In fact, many reagan lovers will tune in just so they can get their buttons pushed.
