you'll see what is being called the new whr page, and there is a statement there about the other site, which may or may not be back.

I don't know what to make of all this, and I'm not convinced that the "new" site is really put out by the same guy. I'm gonna need to see access to the arhives from this site before I believe that. If some tentacle of the bfee took the site down - not that far fetched, then what would stop them from seizing the domain name and turning whr into a propaganda tool for themselves? I mean, tinfoilhat stuff and all. This site being down does make me uneasy.

.. apparently the server is very close to one of the SoCal fires.
