Let us count the times bu$h* VOWS
The smirking, swaggering pretender-in-chief is always blustering and bragging how he is going to handle matters with his "steely discipline" (description per Dana Milbanks). Wish we had a dollar for every headline that uses "Bush VOWS to....."

Bush VOWS full probe into Enron....

Bush VOWS to press hunt on bin Laden...

Bush VOWS to investigate WorldCom....

Bush VOWS action to to stop scandals and VOWS zero tolerance on corporate fraud...

Bush VOWS to defeat terrorists....

Bush VOWS to revive US economy....

Bush VOWS to get Saddam....

on and on and on.

Well, and just what has Smirk ACTUALLY accomplished? Help me out - name just one!
