This got no mention on the Clark blog and there were Clark supporters upset that the web team hadn't mentioned Clark's appearance.

In contrast, the Dean blog lets their supporters know when Dean is going to be on a show. It'll probably explain a spike in the ratings. If Clark were to do the same, there would be a spike in the ratings and encourage the show to invite Clark on more to keep up the ratings.

Not many people on the blog would check the schedule of events---putting it in the schedule of events is not the same as highlighting it on the blog.

6. I doubt it.....
It takes about a day or so to set up something like this. When Dean appeared on the Today show, it was announced the night before. A campaign team would have to known about their candidate's appearing on a news show the night before. Therefore, they had the opportunity to get their supporters to tune in, but missed that opportunity.
