1. Clark's press release ....
Wes Clark: White House Stonewalling 9/11 Commission

General Wesley Clark called on the Bush Administration to stop stonewalling the September 11 Commission.

"George W. Bush and his administration have stonewalled the 9/11 Commission long enough," Clark said. "Leadership means being straight with the American people. For the sake of our nation's future security, President Bush needs to give Governor Kean and the other Commission members the information they want, need and have demanded about the August 2001 briefings."

Former Gov. Thomas Kean of New Jersey, a Republican, is leading a commission to investigate the circumstances surrounding the September 11, terrorist attacks, including the government's intelligence and its ability to handle the attack. The commission is charged with making recommendations to prevent future attacks. Kean has threatened to subpoena classified White House intelligence from the month before the attacks.

The commission wants to know what information the Bush administration had about al-Qaeda prior to the attacks, and when it had it. The White House is holding back some documents it needs to complete its investigation.

"Leadership is about making the right choices to make American secure," Clark said. "Under George W. Bush, the American people have suffered from a leadership gap."

12. Isn't this a helluva statement.....
I think Clark is really taking it to them.

Watch for a big right wing media backlash wave.

Personally, I think Clark has to keep it up and
"go for broke".

I think he is doing great.

Not bad for a first-time candidate.
