News junkies--I'd like your opinion, please
What do people think of the credibility of the UK Independent?

Reliable/unreliable? Fair? Mainstream? Other? And so on...

Thanks

The Guardian is excellent, though. I wish we had an American equivelant

4. Agree 100% ............

The Guardian is one of the best newspapers in the world.....I subscribe to their weekly edition and i'm always amazed how their coverage of world affairs is so much better than most U.S. newspapers......

3. Liberal Brit Tabloid
Of course, the Brit tabloids are far different from the American Tabloids. But that's the general view.

Makes a difference in the UK
It's 'Liberal' (Soc. Dem) in the Brit. sense.
Left of centre .
Trendy. Awesome feature writing and opinion (like most of the UK serious rags) & so-so news source

Responsible.

5. Speaking as a News Junkie...
I like it. I compile "Brainshrub's Morning News Scan" every day, and I use them as source material all the time.

7. It is an excellent paper
with a liberal slant. In England, when you pick up a newspaper, you know where they are coming from. Unlike here, where they try to pretend they're objective.
