Those of us who are considered to be "on the left" in what is becoming known as the "blogosphere" are quite familiar with these tactics, because we know all too well that those on the right are little more than a bunch of whiney, hypocritical crybabies whose impulse is to hide behind these frivolous lawsuits even as they espouse the "rugged individualist" philosophy.

but I don't think much will come of it. If something does... Bill Clinton has alot of cases to take care of :)

change the title of the link to 'Is this the diary of a stalker?' That gets the point across, without Atrios giving any definitive statement, while leaving the conclusion up to the reader, IMO.

As for comments made by Atrios's readers, the complaint goes beyond the pale. Those comments are the intellectual property of those who made them, IMO.
