Is Canada next for the BFEE?
Edited on Thu Oct-30-03 10:36 AM by Skinner
Just finished watching a SCATHING program on 9-11 from CBC, pretty much said everything short of Poppy and the houseplant flying the planes themselves. I knew all of this already, but I was still shaken by hearing it outloud, somewhere between wanting to cheer, and wanting cry. AMAZING...

Thank goodness they out it on the internet.

Excert:

There are many business and connections between the Bush family and the elite of Saudi Arabia.

It begins in the 1970's in Houston, Texas, when George W. Bush was just starting out in his family's two businesses of politics and oil. The powerful - and very rich - Bin Laden family helped fund his first venture into oil.

The cozy friendship continued for decades. After a terrorist attack at a barracks in Saudi Arabia which killed 19 Americans, the bin Laden family received a multi-billion dollar contract to re-build. And incredibly, George Bush Sr. was in a business meeting at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Washington on the morning of September 11th with one of Osama Bin Laden's brothers.

Below is a timeline that details the relationship between the Bin Laden and Bush families that culminates in the tragic events of September 11th.

2. Now you know why
we're having sudden attacks on the CBC as 'state controlled television' akin to Soviet stuff.

Anything to kill the CBC and it's independence eh.

6. Why is everyone so skittish about the "C" word?
Thanks for the great link!

I personally initially scoffed at the idea of a conspiracy, but my eyebrows went way up when I learned Ashcroft had been directed by the FBI to stop flying commercial airliners. I can only speculate that his sorry a** was needed to implement the grossly misnamed Patriot Act. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2001/07/26/national/main303601.shtml

I definitely agree with the premise of CBC, "that even the most outlandish conspiracy theory may have its basis in a legitimate question."

The more bush stonewalls, the more suspicious it appears that, at the least, there was a conspiracy of culpable negligence. Look at all he thought he had to gain ...
