4. I keep mine cleaner than that,
but I do get a little trash accumulation going on in the passenger side florboard. I clean it out when I get gas.

6. It's a theft deterrant
My car's a pig sty, though without the food element thank goodness... I do clean it after I pass gas, since when I get gas I feel rather bloated...

8. You are right about the theft deterrent...
I had a soft top for years and never had a problem, despite being in a high theft area. Just kept it full of old newspapers and the occasional drink cup, and other miscellaneous junk. No one ever came near it.

10. Heh
Mine's not as bad as the one in the picture, but it does look...lived in.;-)I know I should clean it up, but that's always near the bottom of the list & never gets done.

12. Inside: Not bad, outside: awful
My wife is pretty persistent about cleaning the inside of my car. Besides, old Wendy's bags start to stink pretty quickly.

The outside of my car, on the other hand, is another matter entirely. It hasn't been washed in at least a year, and won't be any time soon. I live in a new neighborhood, and my "phase" is still being constructed. This equals dirt in the air all the time. Not too long ago I washed the windows while getting gas. When I returned home, the windows were filthy five minutes later. It's a waste of money and time. I wait for rainstorms. :)
