will they live til noon?
This morning my over the back whisper filter croaked in a spectacular way.... I found an old air pump and some air tube and am just pumping air in..... they should make it til noon right?
That's when the fish store opens

1. Unless your population is right on the maximum carrying capacity
based on numbers, fish size, aquarium size, plant life, etc they should be just fine.
If you normally replace water no more than once a week nothing to worry about.

I was out of water prep.... so carl. my notoriously gay neighbor... (that's what he calls himself) brought some over and we added water so I fell a bit better now.

4. Do not feed the fish
If the biological load is low to moderate they should be just fine.

What are you using a clunky over the side tank filter? Undergravel filters rock! Some of mine have been operating continiously since 1990.
