the colored state icons, where do people get them?

I'm seeing m0re of these appearing on people's posts, where do they get them? just curious

1. You mean the avatars?

Like the one on my posts? That's part of the profile editing/configuration. When you edit your profile, you can choose one from a list.

2. Click on options at the top of the page

Then edit your profile. There are many avatars that you can choose from. I have Jimmy Carter. Many people have chosen their favorite candidate. Lots of others have chosen their state. I had a lot of fun choosing mine! I'll look for yours.:-)

I still see no avatar, so I guess you haven't found this yet. It will automatically appear on all your previous posts, just like the post count does. The same goes for your sig line. You can add one by going to the same place you go to choose an avatar. I'll be watching for it.

I'm so happy to see that you found this and now have your avatar! Nice one! I don't know that I have seen this one before, so now you are unique. There are a few who also have Jimmy Carter, which is odd for me when I run across another one, but I'm keeping him, just the same. Congrats!:-)
