Pray to God to strike those eating milk and cheese down for their abomination.

Pray to God for a virgin birth.

Pray to God to repeat the loaves and fishes miracle so that you can sell smoked salmon sandwiches to the masses.

Pray to God to heal the blind and the lepers because national health insurance is socialistic nonsense.

Pray that God doesn't take Oral Roberts home because hell is to torturous even for a TV preacher.

Pray to God that you have the power to hold hatred in your heart against liberals forever because the poor deserve no help from you.

Pray to God for the death of your political enemies because Eric Rudolph isn't doing home delivery anymore.

Pray to God for the protection of George W. Bush, because even pretzels of the devil seek him out.

Pray to God that you win the Lotto, because someone must win, it might as well be you, and science doesn't believe that it is probable that it will be you.

Pray to God for the smiting of Muslims because they refuse to submit to George W. Bush.

Pray to God that you can give money to TV preachers to pray for you.

Pray to God that science believers are smited because they would distort Jesus message into something like: "love each other" when we all know that Jesus was really about punishing homos and sending money to TV preachers to punish those homos.


Disclaimer: the above is sarcasm and righteous indignation at the people who have perverted the message of Jesus: God is love.

It's the theory that if the Vikings ever win the Super Bowl, the length that the actual game lasts will be the amount of time (after the clock hits zero) that lapses before the Apocalypse is officially unleashed upon humankind.

But, seeing the way they've been playing so far, I think it's safe to say we're OK for another 17 months at least...
