I'm on the road again, folks
Missoula, Montana (I don't know where specifically) and then Town Hall in Seattle on the 21st at 7:30. I will also be speaking at the anti-Bush rally on the 22nd. I hope like hell to see as many DUers as possible. Be back on Sunday. In the meantime, keep your heads down. It's a jungle out there.

3. Will I wish I could make it
I am so close, yet so far from Missoula. Unfortunately, I am getting married probably 24 hours following your Missoula appearance, and I can't just drive across the state when there are floors to be vacuumed :-(

Good luck, and come back to Big Sky Country!

5. to clarify..
it is not unfortunate I am getting married... if I were not so frazzled, I think I would feel overjoyed :-)

It is unfortunate that Will's schedulers didn't contact me first though :-)

10. ya... what airline are you flying?
If you're flying Delta or Northwest you'll probably be on 737, any of the others will probably be small jet of prop planes. From Missoula to Seattle is almost certainly a Horizon flight, and probably on a small jet. Somehow I doubt the BFEE would sacrifice 40 other passengers for Will, but who knows...

14. stear clear of the red beer though
Horendous Montana concoction of tomato juice (or clamato!) and the cheapest beer possible, usually PBR. People say it makes it go down better, but I think it's rather revolting.

16. Montana does have a speed limit
it's 75 on the interstate, except in urban or extreme terrain areas. Missoula is urban and it's 65 there. Also, open container laws although technically lacking in the state, are present in every single city in the state, although a lot of people do drink while driving..

35. And the traffic fatalities have increased since the speed limit
was put into law.

Hope Will brings rain, as the Missoula area seems to be pretty well on fire.

Sorry to be so far away and missing the speach. Hope GB&C makes it and gives us a report. If MT wasn't such a big place, maybe we could all have a DU Meetup here too! Think there are 2 or 3 MT ex-pats who would like to visit us all.

** TAKE THE DAY(S) OFF - TAKE BUSH ON ! August 22 / 23 **

His reign has been a nightmare:

Unprovoked invasion and illegal occupation of Iraq
Lies about weapons of mass destruction
Massive budget deficits
Stolen election
Tax cuts for the rich
Growing unemployment
Cronyism & corporate crime & corruption at all-time highs
International law flouted
International treaties abandoned
U.S. Bill of Rights subverted
Unions busted
Gay rights challenged
Environmental laws and regulations gutted
Citizen rights trampled on
War on women and the poor
Immigrants treated cruelly and unjustly

While Bush and his supporters enjoy their $2000 a plate meal in an
isolated wealthy enclave, concerned people of Washington will be
exercising their constitutional rights in true Northwest fashion.

On the road again:
Just can't wait to get on the road again.
The life I love is makin' music with my friends,
And I can't wait to get on the road again.

On the road again:
Goin' places that I've never been.
Seein' things that I may never see again,
And I can't wait to get on the road again.

On the road again,
Like a band of gypsies, we go down the highway.
We're the best of friends,
Insisting that the world be turnin' our way,
And our way:

Is on the road again:
Just can't wait to get on the road again.
The life I love is makin' music with my friends,
And I can't wait to get on the road again.

On the road again,
Like a band of gypsies, we go down the highway.
We're the best of friends,

Just can't wait to get on the road again.

And I can't wait to get on the road again.

And I can't wait to get on the road again.
