First, I must say that you chose a very creative title.
You'd want to avoid using xylene in inkjets for a few reasons: 1) Xylene is a known carcinogen and is extremely flammable. I wouldn't really want it in my home, even if I could get it there.
2) Modern inkjet printers use water-based inks. Xylene is not (I think it's a type of alcohol based ink). It can easily damage the pin heads on the printhead (you'd have to have solvent resistant joins on the print head to prevent damage from the solvents).
So, really, it'd be easiest to use one of the online services that allows you to custom design bumper stickers if custom bumper stickers is what you're after.
