My VCR is broken what do i watch?

and I don't plan on starting ever.

I'd rather not be brainwashed by TV commercials and brainless programming.

...watching the sunset
...having a conversation with someone you love
...going to a local park and watching the children play

tv is such a waste of time...

I'd rather watch T.V. and come to think of it, I will:)

and with that... I exit the 700 club.

but not when my favorite show is on.

First gardening, play with kids, watch sunset, then Friends! :)

The 8-9 hour of the "two hour" Friends is a retrospective - the actual last episode is from 9-10.

Bush prayer event on cable, satellite TV


WASHINGTON -- President Bush's participation in a National Day of Prayer ceremony with evangelical Christian leaders at the White House will be shown Thursday night, for the first time in prime-time viewing hours, on Christian cable and satellite TV outlets nationwide. For the president, the broadcast is an opportunity to address a sympathetic evangelical audience without the risk of alienating secular or non-Christian viewers, since it will not be carried in full by any of the major television networks. Frank Wright, president of the National Association of Religious Broadcasters, said more than a million evangelicals are expected to see the broadcast.

No TV for me, and that's just fine. I'll be in the office all night doing last minute prep for a big fundraiser we're having on Monday.

In which the entire cast and crew of Friends AND Survivors is helicoptered out to a remote desert island at an undisclosed location.

They are stripped naked and left with:
1. A Chinese knock-off of a Swiss Army Knife.
2. Enough MREs for one day.
3. A roll of duct tape.
4. A portable CD player and 1 Wayne "Mr. Las Vegas" Newton CD.

I'm going to spend as much time outside as I can (especially since the weather's nice) before the infestation begins.
