tropical prints, bright pastels and white shoes and belts

If you find yourself gravitating to the white accessories in particular, you will feel that waistline creeping up..

10. I've been on this diet/exercise program for three weeks...
...and actually, yeah, I'm beginning to look kind of buff and have a lot of energy (and this is from a guy who pretty much had a body like Ron Jeremy):

Kind of involved but it's worth it.

(No I don't work for the company that puts the book out or anything.)

19. BFL alone didn't do much for me.
I've been using BFL for about six months now in conjunction with a low calorie Slimfast diet. I'm down 50 pounds, muscle definition is greatly improved, and I have ten times the energy that I used to. Downside? I had to replace ALL of my clothes, and replacing an entire wardrobe at once is a bit expensive.

The BFL plan alone, though, didn't do much of anything for me.

It is bad enough when your belt is under your chin but do not become one of those old guys who can't stop clenching and unclenching their butt muscles. It is hypnotizing and so unpleasant!

I don't know when it stops, presumably before it reaches the neck, although I can't see any logical reason why it couldn't continue all the way up past the eyeballs given enough time.
