2. I spent the first 7 years of life there.
However, I was born in Texas.

My brother was 12 years older than me when we moved. Needless to say he has an incredibly low opinion of the Tusla area.

6. how much time you got?
My paternal grandparents were born & raised there
My father & uncle were born & raised there
I lived there for 6 months in 1967
My friends Carol and Jim -- born-again Methodists and liberal progressives -- are from there
Our good friend Susan lives there
A beautiful monument to 189 lives is there

Don't listen to me. Listen to Howard Zinn, who mentions this factoid in hs People's History of the United States.
