What's your favorite song by QUEEN?
I'm in a Queen-ie mood right now. I'm listening to One Vision which was used in the movie Iron Eagle.

My all-time favorite, though, would still have to be Another One Bites The Dust.

Really sweet song. Damn, Freddie was a fine singer. I've got the DVD of the Queen Memorial concert at Wembley - it's terrific - George Michael does a tremendous job on "Someone to Love".

11. Bohemian Rhapsody.
Yeah, it was severely overplayed and had that whole Wayne's World revival, but it's still my favorite.

It also brought liberals and conservatives together in a moment of harmony. Someone on a Yahoo message board once mentioned that Kerry's boat is named "Scaramouche." I replied "will you do the fandango?"

That touched off a bipartisan sing-a-long that marked at least a 10-minute-long cessation of hostilities. It was quite touching.

Freddie Mercury was a uniter, not a divider.

:-)

19. Just one?
"Bohemian Rhapsody" of course, with "Gimme the Prize" (from "A Kind of Magic") and "I'm Going Slightly Mad" (from "Innuendo") as second and third, respectively.

I haven't listened to Queen for a long time, as I always end up feeling sad when I do. Freddie put his heart into his music, and toward the end his sadness is very apparent in his music.

But anything they did in the 70's will do.

Queen fans, track down a copy of the "Crown Jewels" box set if you can find it. Much better sounding than the Hollywood reissues. Of course if you really like the Rick Rubin hip hop remix of "We Are The Champions", then you better stick with the Hollywood versions.
