You! Yeah, you! Got a favorite song by Depeche Mode?
I love Depeche Mode. If I had to choose ONE favorite song it would have to be Stories of Old.

3. Never a huge fan...
Edited on Fri May-07-04 09:38 AM by southpaw
But I like Policy of Truth, Personal Jesus, and other of their radio hits..

They were great for what they were... just not a style of music that I dug deep into...

On Edit: Enjoy the Silence is probably my all time fave... thanks for reminding me, Terry!

6. I went to a concert with a Republican friend...
MY GOODNESS...He was just getting down with his bad self! Never saw him that loose (at least not when he was sober).

4. Enjoy the Silence
All I ever wanted
All I ever needed
Is here in my arms
Words are very unnecessary
They can only do harm

Edited on Fri May-07-04 09:45 AM by Capt_Nemo
I'm sure I could recall a few more as good as those.

Depeche Mode rules, although the stuff before "Black Celebration"
is sometimes too bubblegum for my taste.

It's hard to name just one favorite, but the song I used to play the most was Here Is The House from the fabulous Black Celebration album.

33. "In Your Room"
from "Songs of Faith and Devotion". "Sweetest Perfection" and "Clean" from "Violator" as well. I still love them, but they've lost it since Alan Wilder quit and formed Recoil.
