Recommendations for home/office printer, fax, scanner, etc. . . . . ?
I'm looking at a Lexmark in the $200.00 range that does it all.

Any suggestions or comments?

Thanks

1. Do you have a Dell?
I just bought one of the Dell all-in-ones for about $180 that has been fantastic....It's optimized to turn on and off with your computer too...

And no, I don't work for Dell!

3. I have a Dell as well. It works great.
I don't have the one that faxes, but it prints, copies and scans very well.

2. I've had one for about 8 months...
and I love it. Does it all and very simply. I think it was $149 + tax and it faxes, scans, copies and prints in black and white and color. Easy to use and easy to install (basically, plug it in and go).

5. I guess it depends...
On how much you want to pay once you have it...
Lexmark ink costs a fortune... And I've always had such terrible experiences with their products that I'd never buy one even if it didn't.
I gave my sister and her gf this one for Christmas, they love it: http://www.staples.ca/ENG/Catalog/cat_sku.asp?CatIds=90%2C349%2C486,487&webid=556041&affixedcode=WW
It doesn't cost a million dollars to put in new ink, print quality is good, etc.

I've also heard really good things from customers of mine about this one: http://www.staples.ca/ENG/Catalog/cat_sku.asp?CatIds=90%2C349%2C486,487&webid=556018&affixedcode=WW
It has three separate colour cartridges, which cuts down on your colour cost cause you only replace one colour instead of all three when you run out.
